COVID-19 pandemic has been an alarming issue from the beginning of 2020 and is a significant disaster that affects each industry. In dealing with consequences pandemic, construction industry confronts several interruptions for sustainable delivery projects. Many researchers stated lean can minimise this impact. Lean thinking about engaging everyone, every day in handling learning to react better. However, few discussions are there pertaining how implement why lean. Therefore, paper aims investigate impact on evaluate ability resilient COVID-19. comprehensive literature review carried out. The findings revealed 67 negative factors categorised under resources-related issues, project management quality financial contractual safety technology-related other issues due pandemic. Continuous improvement work any risks, performance, more satisfaction, better value employer were highlighted as main benefits during new normalcy. developed conceptual framework unlocked research arenas post-COVID implementation
